No telephone customer service. Forte Printers Group does not run a call centre for DTF Europe. We deliberately keep the channels narrow so every request is read and answered by the actual production team. If you need a phone conversation, send us a Telegram message and we’ll set up a call.
What to expect
- Reply window: within 24 hours, business days (Monday to Friday, Barcelona time, excluding Spanish public holidays).
- For order issues: include the order reference (e.g.
F26XXXX) in the subject line for faster routing. - For artwork questions: attach a low-resolution preview and indicate the product (DTF Textile / Large Format / UV DTF / RGBO Octachrome / Nano Pro Max / Sublimation / 3D Patches).
- For invoice or VAT issues: include your EU VAT number and the order date. See VAT for EU B2B customers.
- For defect complaints: review the Returns and Refunds Policy first — there is a 48-hour window from delivery and specific photo evidence is required.
