Sublimation by the metre — polyester and hard-good specialists

Our sublimation transfers by the metre are designed for professionals running sublimation presses on polyester and polyester blends, polymer-coated hard goods, and technical sportswear. Each 60 × 100 cm roll is printed with high-density sublimation inks, ready to press. Barcelona production, express air delivery across the EU-27.

What you get with Sublimation

  • High-density sublimation inks — vivid, penetrative colour into the polyester matrix
  • 60 × 100 cm rolls — wider format than standard sublimation A3
  • Works on white and light polyester, polyester blends, and polymer-coated hard goods — mugs, panels, plates, sports apparel
  • Sharp detail and clean edges — ideal for photo repro, patterned textiles, all-over-print merchandise
  • Wash durability — infused into the fibre, no surface layer to wear off

Application — sublimation press settings

Apply with a calandra or flat heat press at 200 °C for 50–60 seconds with firm pressure. Sublimation paper peels cold. For rigid substrates with polymer coatings, adjust time per coating spec.

How it ships — express air delivery across the EU-27

Orders confirmed before 2 PM CET enter production the same day. Express air delivery reaches every EU-27 country in 24–72 hours. Reverse-charge VAT for VIES-registered buyers.

Why sublimation and not DTF

  • Polyester substrates — DTF binds via adhesive; sublimation infuses directly into the fibre
  • Sportswear with stretch — sublimation flexes with the fabric without cracking
  • Hard goods with polymer coating — mugs, plates, panels, signage
  • All-over-print garments — full-bleed designs seamless across seams
