Application — heat press settings

Apply with a heat press at 150 °C for 10–12 seconds with high pressure. Peel hot. If you apply on tricky fabrics (silicone coatings, waterproof polyesters), we recommend a 5-second pre-press to evaporate moisture before applying the transfer.

Press 150 °C × 10–12 s × high pressure × hot peel. Re-press 5 seconds with parchment paper if you want a matte finish.

How to heat-press

Our DTF transfers use 90-micron hot-peel film. Apply with any standard heat press using these settings:

• Temperature: 150 °C (302 °F)
• Time: 10–12 seconds
• Pressure: high
• Peel: hot, instant
• Post-press: 4–5 seconds with parchment or silicone paper to seal and heat-fix the print

Care: wash in cold water, garment inside-out, no aggressive detergents. With these settings transfers typically last around 30 wash cycles without visible degradation.

Frequently asked questions

What fabrics does this DTF Textile work on?

Cotton, polyester, and cotton-polyester blends. Also most technical fabrics. If you have an unusual substrate (silicone-coated, waterproof, technical lycra), ask us — we test your fabric for free before a large production run.

How many wash cycles does it survive?

With standard care — inside-out, 40 °C wash, low-temperature drying — our DTF transfers typically last around 30 wash cycles without visible degradation. This is a conservative claim; many customers report longer life on lower-stress garments like workwear and merchandising.

When do I peel off the film?

Hot peel, 90 microns, instant release. Faster production cycles, no waiting, no curl-up.

Can I upload my own artwork?

Yes. Upload your PDF, PNG, AI, EPS, PSD, or SVG directly on this page before adding to cart. Our preflight checks every file for resolution, colour profile, and print readiness before charging.

Is VAT included in these prices?

Prices are shown excluding VAT. Spanish VAT (21%) applies to orders within Spain. Intra-EU B2B buyers with a valid VIES number get reverse-charge VAT (0% at source) — just enter your VAT ID at checkout.

Do you offer custom colours?

Yes. Our RGBO 8-colour Octachrome printing delivers an extended gamut that reproduces most brand colours standard CMYK+W cannot reach. Select the RGBO option at checkout or send us your colour reference and our B2B team will confirm feasibility before production.

Where do you ship?

Every EU-27 country as standard. Switzerland, Norway and Iceland: available on request — contact us for a custom quote and conditions. We do not currently ship to the UK. Shipped by express air direct from Barcelona. 24–48 hours to capitals, 48–72 hours to remote areas and islands.
